“The Lord reigns; he is clothed in majesty...the seas have lifted up, O Lord, the seas have lifted up their voice, the seas have lifted up their pounding waves." We join with the mighty waters of the Mediterranean Sea, whose waves crash along Tunisia's coastline, and praise you that your throne was established long ago, and you are from all eternity (from Psalm 93).
